CRM / Retention Manager

The company is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager for an iGaming project. The role involves creating marketing activities, managing the content plan for email, SMS, and push channels, as well as segmenting and personalizing the user base. Remote work format.

What you'll do

• Participate in creating a plan of marketing activities — promotions, bonuses, loyalty programs — to retain and engage users
• Form a content plan for email, SMS, and push channels and implement it, including layout and setup of mailings
• Create email templates and test various hypotheses
• Work with the user base: segmentation, personalization

What we need

• Deep understanding of customer base management and segmentation processes
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and make analytical conclusions
• Experience with mailings on ESP/CDP platforms
• Knowledge of HTML

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling/Betting
• Experience with Customer.io and ChatGPT
• English B2
