Finance Manager

The employer is looking for a Finance Manager to develop the finance function across two companies in iGaming. The role involves building management reporting, analyzing profitability and cash flow, and finding business growth opportunities based on financial metrics. Hybrid work in Warsaw.

What you'll do

• Build and develop financial and management reporting for two companies
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow
• Control cash movements and operational payments
• Track commercial KPIs, analyze financial results and deviations from plan
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve business profitability
• Prepare financial analytics and recommendations for owners and operational teams
• Develop financial processes and increase transparency of business metrics

What we need

• Experience in financial analysis or financial management
• Strong skills in financial and management reporting
• Understanding of cash flow, financial planning, KPIs and profitability analysis
• Experience with financial models and analysis of financial results
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to turn numbers into practical business recommendations
