Call Center Operator / Sales Manager (iGaming)
Employer Location —Comp Fixed rate $500/month + $12 per successful depositSchedule 5/2, 9-hour shifts (including break), floating days off
We are a team in the most profitable niche - iGaming. We are looking for operators to make outbound calls to a ready database to convert cold contacts into active casino players. We offer a fixed rate of $500 + bonuses for deposits.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to a ready database (no blind searching)
- Work with cool, proven scripts (from direct approach to soft info-case)
- Present our bonuses
- Motivate players
What we need
- Person with good communication skills: ability to engage clients
- Stress tolerance: not afraid of the word 'no'
- Goal orientation: desire to see bonus growth per deposit
Nice to have
- Experience in sales or iGaming
