Business Development Manager (payments / iGaming)

A payment system provider is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop a partner network of aggregators and providers with a focus on Russia. The role involves full-cycle management: from partner sourcing to launch, control, and optimization. Experience in iGaming and the Russian market is required.

• Experience working with aggregators and providers operating in Russia
• Understanding of Russian processing specifics (banks, routes, restrictions)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to bring partners to stable results
