HR Business Partner / HRBP

An the company in the high-risk segment (iGaming, betting, crypto) is looking for an HRBP for its office in Limassol. Responsibilities: full-cycle recruitment, filling key positions, building HR processes from scratch, working directly with the CEO.
What we need
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Solid full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience in high-risk payments, iGaming, fintech, crypto, or related industries
- Willingness to work with a small team where processes are not yet fully established
- Ability to propose structure independently without waiting for ready-made instructions
- Hands-on mindset: readiness to personally fill vacancies and launch processes
- Russian as a working language
- English at least B1
- Willingness to work from Limassol in an office format
Nice to have
- Experience hiring finance, operations, sales, compliance roles
- Experience building an HR function from scratch
- Experience working directly with CEO / Founder
