Team Lead/Head of VIP

We are looking for a Team Lead/Head of VIP in an international iGaming holding. Managing the VIP department and a team of 20+ people.

What you'll do

• Managing the VIP department and a team of 20+ people (development, KPIs)
• Retention, reactivation and monetization of VIP clients
• Process optimization and launch of new products
• Interaction with CRM, Product, QA and analytics

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in VIP/iGaming
• Experience managing a team of 15+ people
• Understanding of retention, VIP service and monetization
• English B2+
