Team Lead / Head of VIP

We are looking for a Team Lead / Head of VIP for an international iGaming holding. Manage the VIP department and a team of 20+ people, retention and monetization of VIP clients, process optimization, interaction with CRM, Product, QA, and analytics.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in VIP/iGaming
• Experience managing a team of at least 15 people
• Understanding of retention, VIP service, and monetization
• English B2+
