FD/RD Manager (Forex, LATAM)

The company is looking for an FD/RD Manager to handle Forex traffic targeting LATAM GEO. The goal is to close leads on first deposit and nurture to repeat deposits via chat. Requires sales experience and understanding of high-risk verticals.

What you'll do

• Process incoming Forex traffic across LATAM GEO.
• Close leads on FD — first deposit.
• Guide clients to RD — repeat deposits.
• Work in Chatter: correspondence, nurturing, closing, support.
• Identify client motivation and skillfully guide them to action.
• Handle objections, fears, and doubts of the audience.
• Maintain conversion rate, average check, and meet KPIs.
• Manage clients systematically without losing leads or hot prospects.

What we need

• Experience in sales/lead processing for at least 1 year
• Understanding of FD/RD logic and deposit management
• Ability to sell via chat, not just reply to messages
• Willingness to work with LATAM audience (their time zone)
• Discipline, quick response, and availability during work hours

Nice to have

• Experience with Forex, crypto, investments, binary options, iGaming, nutra or other high-risk verticals
