FD/RD Manager (Forex, LATAM)

The company is building an aggressive funnel for Forex traffic to LATAM GEOs and is looking for an FD/RD Manager to handle leads, close first deposits (FD), and nurture to repeat deposits (RD). Work via chat (Chatter), warming, closing, objection handling. Remote, fix + KPI bonuses.

What we need

• 1+ year experience in sales / lead processing
• Understanding of FD/RD logic and deposit handling
• Ability to sell via chat
• Willingness to work with LATAM audience (their timezone)
• Discipline, quick response, availability during working hours

Nice to have

• Experience with Forex, crypto, investments, binary options, iGaming, nutra, or other high-risk verticals
