Support Specialist / Trader Support (UA GEO)

A FinTech company is looking for a support specialist to work with traders in the Ukrainian market. Fully remote, salary based on interview results. Candidate must be located outside Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Azerbaijan.

What you'll do

• Monitor trader performance metrics
• Collect and record analytics
• Maintain working spreadsheets
• Answer traders' questions

What we need

• Attentiveness and responsibility
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
• Experience in support or back-office
• Experience with traders, payments, or FinTech
