Media Buyer (RU traffic)

Looking for a media buyer to work with RU traffic in the investment/giveaway niche. Sources: TG Ads, teaser networks, push notifications, Yandex, VK, UBT. Tasks: run and scale campaigns, test creatives, work with intermediate pages, maintain ROI and volumes. Requires experience in gray verticals, understanding of moderation (cloaking, warm-up). Conditions: remote, fixed + %, fast budget growth.
