Middle Affiliate Manager (Brazil & Portugal)

An international iGaming company (3+ years on the market) is looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to cover the Brazil and Portugal markets. The role involves sourcing and onboarding new partners, growing the existing partner base, launching and optimizing campaigns, and analyzing traffic and metrics.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard new partners (cold outreach, negotiations)
• Grow and develop the existing partner base
• Launch and optimize campaigns
• Analyze traffic and metrics (FTD, conversions, ROI)

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in iGaming
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Experience working with the Brazil and Portugal markets
• Language skills: Russian + Portuguese or Spanish
