AI Optimizer

An international iGaming company is looking for an AI Optimizer to implement AI tools into workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve business efficiency. The specialist will analyze processes, test and deploy solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness through metrics.

What you'll do

• Analyze company processes and identify points for automation.
• Implement AI tools in team workflows (marketing, support, sales, HR, operations, etc.).
• Test new solutions and quickly put them into operation.
• Reduce manual labor, increase task completion speed and employee productivity.
• Search for and implement best AI practices and market tools.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implementations through specific business metrics.

What we need

• Experience managing large transformational, operational, or digital changes in product companies.
• Experience working in product IT companies / Digital / FinTech / Crypto / Telecom / EdTech / E-commerce or related fields.
• Experience implementing AI tools and automating business processes with proven results.
• Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and quickly find solutions.
• System thinking, initiative, and result orientation.
• Ability to demonstrate the impact of work in numbers: speed, productivity, resource savings, efficiency growth.
