Head of CRM

An international iGaming platform is looking for a Head of CRM to build CRM strategy (onboarding, retention), manage the team and promo budgets, and drive campaign automation and segmentation. The role requires deep analytics (A/B tests, LTV, GGR/NGR, margin), control of bonus mechanics, and knowledge of compliance and bonus abuse protection. Office-based in Tbilisi with a flexible morning start; a remote start on a legal entity with relocation to Georgia is possible.

What you'll do

• Develop CRM strategy (onboarding, retention)
• Manage the team and promo budgets
• Automate campaigns and segmentation
• Run analytics: A/B tests, LTV, GGR/NGR, margin

What we need

• 5+ years in iGaming CRM (2+ years as Lead)
• Deep analytics and control of bonus mechanics
• Knowledge of compliance and bonus abuse protection
• English B2+

• Experience with Fast Track
• Experience with Smartico
• Experience with AU/NZ/CA/EU geos
