Content Team Lead

A large scheme team in investments is looking for a Content Team Lead. The candidate will manage a team of content managers, develop content strategy, and analyze engagement. Remote work with weekly payments and paid leave.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of content managers;
• Organizing and controlling department work, distributing tasks;
• Developing, optimizing, and implementing content strategy;
• Constant engagement analysis and adjustment of content plan based on audience response;
• Managing ~20 channels, controlling volume;
• Creating content for main and VIP channels.

What we need

• Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year in the vertical of promotions/schemes;
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people;
• Understanding of engagement metrics, unsubscribes, and conversion;
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences;
