Senior SMM Manager (AI)

The company is looking for a Senior SMM Manager to manage social media (Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook) in BR/MX markets. Requires iGaming experience, AI content creation, analytics and UTM tagging. Remote work, evening schedule.
What we need
- 2-3 years of SMM experience in iGaming
- Ability to create and publish content independently
- Understanding of audience psychology in gambling
- Advanced Instagram: algorithms, Reels, story funnels, shadow bans
- Telegram: channel growth from scratch, native sales, auto-funnels via bots
- Skill to create contests and viral mechanics
- Basic proficiency in Figma / CapCut
- Analytics: Meta Business Suite, TGStat, LiveDune / Popsters, UTM tagging, linking with performance metrics
Nice to have
- 1+ year experience with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
