Senior SMM Manager (AI)

The company (NDA) is looking for a Senior SMM Manager for social media of a betting project. Main markets are Brazil and Mexico. Requires experience in content creation, managing Instagram and Telegram, as well as working with AI tools.

What you'll do

• Create and publish content (photos, videos, Reels, stories) for the project's social networks
• Come up with and launch contests, giveaways, and engagement mechanics
• Manage social networks: Instagram (BR/MX), Telegram (BR/MX), betting channels, Twitter (MX), Facebook (MX), YouTube in perspective
• Create creatives from scratch — independently and with AI. Work with AI agents and generative models (text, images, video)
• Set up analytics, UTM tagging, linking SMM metrics with registrations and deposits

What we need

• Experience in SMM for 2-3 years in iGaming
• Understanding of audience psychology in gambling
• Advanced Instagram: understanding of algorithms, Reels mechanics, story funnels, shadow bans in gambling
• Telegram: channel growth from scratch, native sales, auto funnels via bots
• Skill to create contests and viral mechanics (giveaways, challenges, UGC)
• Basic proficiency in Figma / CapCut
• Analytics: Meta Business Suite, TGStat, LiveDune / Popsters, UTM tagging, linking with performance metrics (registrations, FTD, CPA)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI from 1 year: content, text, idea generation (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude and similar)
