Head of Finance (Crypto, Traffic Arbitrage)

A traffic arbitrage team in the crypto vertical is looking for a Head of Finance to build the finance function, implement management reporting, analyze unit economics, and automate processes. Fully remote or hybrid in St. Petersburg, payment in USDT.

What we need

• Experience as Head of Finance / CFO / Finance Team Lead in Payment/Finance department for at least 2 years
• Experience in traffic arbitrage is mandatory
• Excellent understanding of management accounting, budgeting, P&L, Cash Flow, and unit economics
• Experience building or transforming a finance function
• Experience managing a finance team

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrency, multi-currency reporting, and international payments
