Senior / Team Lead Affiliate Manager

An iGaming employer is looking for a Senior / Team Lead Affiliate Manager to launch the affiliate direction and new geos from scratch, with a focus on LatAm and Brazil. The role involves building processes, managing a team, and working with a partner base across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

What you'll do

• Launch the affiliate direction and new geos from scratch
• Develop and manage a partner base with a focus on LatAm and Brazil
• Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Track key metrics: FTD, Deposits, NGR, ROI
• Build processes and manage a team
• Launch Brazil and Venezuela, setting up processes to fit the role

What we need

• Solid Senior-level experience in Affiliate Marketing / iGaming
• Experience launching an affiliate direction and new geos from scratch
• Strong existing partner base (focus on LatAm and Brazil)
• Knowledge of working models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Working with key metrics: FTD, Deposits, NGR, ROI
• Experience building processes and managing a team

Nice to have

• Experience with Venezuela
• Having an existing team
