Promo Manager

Seeking an experienced Promo Manager to launch and analyze advertising campaigns for a poker product. The role involves planning promotions, developing marketing materials, segmenting players, and optimizing campaigns. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Plan and run advertising promotions for the poker product: tournaments, rake races, leaderboards, etc.
• Develop rules, prize structures, and marketing materials: email texts, banners, promo pages.
• Segment players and set up CRM campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results: retention, ARPU, ROI — and optimize mechanics.
• Coordinate work with product development, support, and compliance teams.

What we need

• More than 3 years of experience in iGaming, poker, or gaming marketing.
• Understanding of poker formats and promotion mechanics.
• Analytical skills and confident use of Excel.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing.
• Working level of English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools.
