UZB Sales Manager

The employer is looking for a Sales Manager fluent in Uzbek and Russian to work with hot traffic and a ready lead base in the iGaming vertical across the CIS market. The role involves calls, CRM work, objection handling and closing clients on checks of $200+. Fully remote, with a 6/1 daytime schedule and weekly payouts in USDT TRC20.

What you'll do

• Work with hot traffic and a ready-made lead base
• Call clients and close deals on checks of $200+
• Handle objections and retain/warm up clients
• Manage clients and record results in the CRM

What we need

• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian
• Experience as Sales Manager / Retention Manager / VIP Manager in calls from 3 months
• Ability to work in a CRM
• Objection handling and closing clients on checks of $200+
• Responsibility, learnability and results orientation

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or other financial verticals
