VIP Lead Manager
Employer —Location —Comp Salary after interview
The company is looking for an experienced VIP Lead to manage the VIP segment in an iGaming project. The role includes building a VIP program, managing a team, monitoring metrics such as GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn, and developing retention strategies. Requires 3+ years of experience in iGaming/betting/casino, experience with VIP/high-value segments and team management, English B2.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting / casino
- Practical experience with VIP / high-value segment
- Experience managing a team (VIP managers / account managers)
- Proven experience building or developing VIP programs
- Understanding of bonus economy and its impact on revenue
- Experience with CRM tools and player segmentation
- Solid understanding of metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn
- Analytical thinking - ability to work with data and make decisions
- English - at least B2 (mandatory)
- Proficiency in: Slack, Jira, Confluence, basic CRM systems
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Independence - ability to work without micromanagement
- Proactivity - initiate improvements, don't wait for top-down tasks
- Desire to build a team and invest in its development
