Retention / CRM Manager (iGaming)
Employer —Location Remote (relocation to Cyprus possible)
We are looking for a Retention / CRM Manager with deep expertise in Customer.io and experience in iGaming. Full ownership of Customer.io, managing CRM communications via Email, SMS, Web Push, APK Push, developing bonus campaigns and retention activities, performance analysis and A/B testing. Remote work with relocation opportunity to Cyprus.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience as Retention / CRM Manager in iGaming
- Deep practical knowledge of Customer.io: segmentation, trigger chains, profile attributes, broadcast campaigns, Liquid templating
- Understanding of data architecture in Customer.io: difference between identify and track, principles of storing attributes in user profile
- Experience with Tier-2/3 GEO
- Understanding of key retention metrics: LTV, Churn Rate, ARPU, DAU/MAU
Nice to have
- Experience with markets of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan
- Experience with APK Push
- Experience with bonus systems in online casinos
- Experience building user reactivation chains from scratch
