Financial Manager (part-time)

We are looking for a Financial Manager to handle financial accounting, reconciliations, and analytics for a private business structure (Fintech, iGaming). Part-time, remote.

What you'll do

• Collect and consolidate financial data from multiple teams
• Perform reconciliations (balances, transactions, internal transfers)
• Monitor cash flow between countries and accounts
• Track expenses, including payroll and operational costs
• Create a unified financial picture
• Identify discrepancies and gaps in finances
• Analyze metrics and identify downturns
• Organize finances into a transparent accounting system

What we need

• Experience with financial data and reporting
• Understanding of reconciliations and cash flow
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (working with large datasets)
• Experience with 1C or similar tools
• Attention to detail, diligence, analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and structure chaos

Nice to have

• Experience in high-risk niches (iGaming, fintech, payment systems)
