Affiliate Team Lead
Employer —Location —Comp Salary discussed individually, based on experience
The company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in iGaming on the advertiser side with own brands, focus on Tier-1, and 1+ year of management experience. The leader will be responsible for strategic development of the affiliate channel, deal-making, ROI optimization, payment and fraud control, and content placement.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- 1+ year of management experience
- Mandatory experience working on product (own brands)
- Deep knowledge of CPA, Hybrid, RS, EPC models
- Understanding of technical partner integration
- English at least B1
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, flexibility
- Readiness for a strategic role and development of the direction
