Affiliate Team Lead

The company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead with 3+ years in iGaming on the advertiser side, focus on Tier-1, and 1+ year of management experience. The role involves strategic development of the affiliate direction, deal-making, ROI optimization, payout and fraud control, and content placement. Full remote with flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Build long-term relationships with traffic providers and develop a strong partner network;
• Attract new partners via channels: PPC, SEO, Facebook, ASO, UAC, In-app, SMS, email;
• Evaluate traffic efficiency, monitor KPI achievement;
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI;
• Review and analyze partner payouts;
• Collaborate with company teams to prevent fraud;
• Place content in leading industry publications;

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• 1+ year in a leadership position
• Mandatory experience working on product (own brands)
• Deep knowledge of CPA, Hybrid, RS, EPC models
• Understanding of technical partner integration
• English from B1
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, flexibility
• Readiness for a strategic role and direction development
