Team Lead of Farm Department

The company is looking for a Team Lead for the account farming department (TikTok/Facebook). Responsibilities include managing a team of farmers, optimizing farming processes, ensuring account quality, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate has experience as a Team Lead or Senior Farm Manager in TikTok or Facebook farming.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of farmers, monitoring KPI achievement
• Building and optimizing account farming processes (TT/FB)
• Quality control of accounts and consumables
• Organizing uninterrupted account supply for traffic runs
• Analyzing the effectiveness of current approaches and finding new setups
• Reporting on department performance
• Training, onboarding, and supervision of employees
• Interaction with other departments (buyers / technical specialists / management)
• Identifying bottlenecks and scaling workflows

What we need

• Mandatory experience as Team Lead / Senior Farm Manager in TikTok or Facebook farm
• Deep understanding of antidetect, proxies, consumables, and farming processes
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to build processes from scratch or improve existing ones
• High level of responsibility and systematic thinking
