Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a direct advertiser to develop the affiliate program and scale traffic volumes. Remote, fixed salary + profit share + bonuses.
What we need
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming with a direct advertiser
- Practical experience with RevShare and Hybrid models
- Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics
- Understanding of key metrics and traffic economics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proactivity, independence, and result orientation

- Having an existing partner base
