Sales Manager (Calls)
Employer Location —Comp Fixed per shift from $30 + KPI per call, with future increase reviewSchedule 08:30-20:30 MSK, weekends by request (3-4 per month)
Sales manager position for working with hot/warm clients in the finance sector. Remote work, calling clients in Azerbaijan.
What you'll do
- Communicate with hot/warm clients over the phone.
- Handle objections, answer client questions.
- Help clients regain trust and start working again.
- 10-30 calls per day (call duration 2-15 minutes).
What we need
- Conversational Azerbaijani
Nice to have
- Experience in sales or customer communication
- Experience in handling investments
- Ease in communication and positive attitude towards people
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Readiness to be fully immersed in work, not as a side job
