Bonus Manager
Employer Location —Schedule 5/2, remote
The company is looking for a Bonus Manager with at least 1 year of experience in bonus campaigns and user retention.
What you'll do
- Creating bonus mechanics, setting accrual conditions and limits
- Launching CRM communications (Email, Push, Pop-up, Telegram) and triggers in CRM
- Participating in A/B tests, collecting metrics and optimizing bonus strategy
- Delegating tasks to Junior specialists
What we need
- Experience with CRM platforms and audience segmentation
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
