SMS Retention Manager

The company is looking for an SMS Retention Manager to manage SMS marketing campaigns and retention strategies in the iGaming industry. The role requires experience in CRM/retention, strong copywriting skills, and understanding of key metrics. English at Intermediate+ level.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns for user retention.
• Write compelling short texts with clear CTA.
• Segment users and manage CRM campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics: delivery rate, CTR, conversion rate, action/payment rate, reactivation rate, churn, LTV, ROI.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM / Retention / SMS marketing.
• Experience in Digital Entertainment, High-Risk or similar digital/performance field.
• Understanding of the role of SMS channel in retention strategy.
• Ability to write short, strong and clear texts with a clear CTA.
• Experience with user segmentation and CRM campaigns.
• Understanding of key metrics: delivery rate, CTR, conversion rate, action/payment rate, reactivation rate, churn, LTV, ROI.
• English at Intermediate+ level.
