An iGaming company is looking for an SMS Retention Manager. Requires 1+ year experience in CRM/Retention/SMS marketing, understanding of the SMS channel's role in retention strategy, ability to write short, strong texts with clear CTA, experience with user segmentation and CRM campaigns, knowledge of key metrics. English Intermediate+. Remote work.

What we need

• 1+ year experience in CRM / Retention / SMS marketing
• Experience in Digital Entertainment, High-Risk or similar digital/performance field
• Understanding of the SMS channel's role in retention strategy
• Ability to write short, strong, clear texts with a clear CTA
• Experience with user segmentation and CRM campaigns
• Understanding of key metrics: delivery rate, CTR, conversion rate, action/payment rate, reactivation rate, churn, LTV, ROI
• English Intermediate+
