What you'll do

• Cold calling warm and hot leads
• Acquiring new clients
• Supporting clients at all stages of cooperation
• Collecting feedback and analyzing key metrics (conversion, LTV, retention)
• Preparing reports

What we need

• Experience in cold sales with good conversion
• Native Romanian language for client communication
• Russian or English for team communication
