FD/RD Manager

We are looking for an experienced FD/RD Manager to handle Forex traffic in the LATAM region. The goal is to close leads on first and repeat deposits through chat and nurturing. Remote work with a fixed salary and KPI bonuses.

What you'll do

• Process incoming Forex traffic for GEO LATAM
• Close leads on first deposit (FD)
• Guide clients to repeat deposits (RD)
• Work in Chatter: correspondence, warming, closing, support
• Identify client motivation and skillfully guide them to action
• Handle objections, fears, and doubts of the audience
• Maintain conversion rate, average check, and KPI achievement
• Manage clients systematically without losing the database or hot leads

What we need

• Experience in sales/lead handling for at least 1 year
• Understanding of FD/RD logic and deposit management
• Ability to sell via chat correspondence
• Discipline and quick response time
• Willingness to work with LATAM audience

Nice to have

• Experience with Forex, crypto, binary options, iGaming, nutra, or other high-risk verticals
