FD/RD Manager

The company is looking for an FD/RD Manager to handle Forex traffic in LATAM. Responsibilities: processing incoming traffic, closing first deposits (FD), nurturing to repeat deposits (RD), working in Chatter, warming up and closing clients. Requires 1+ year of sales experience, understanding of high-risk verticals (Forex, crypto, iGaming), ability to sell via chat. Offers remote work, fixed salary + KPI bonuses.

What we need

• 1+ year of sales / lead processing experience
• Understanding of FD/RD logic and deposit management
• Ability to sell via chat
• Willingness to work with LATAM audience
• Discipline, quick response, availability during working hours

Nice to have

• Experience with Forex, crypto, investments, BO, iGaming, nutra or other high-risk verticals
