CMO / Head of Traffic

A marketing agency is looking for a Head of Traffic to lead paid audience acquisition. The role involves managing channels (Reddit, X, TikTok, Reels, Shorts), building end-to-end analytics, managing unit economics, and leading teams. Remote work, income from $3000 (fixed + KPI).

What we need

• 4+ years of experience in marketing and audience acquisition management
• Proven track record of growing channels with positive unit economics
• Experience working with multiple traffic sources simultaneously
• Strong understanding of analytics, funnels, unit economics, and performance evaluation
• Experience building attribution systems and working with data
• Understanding of short-form content mechanics and their impact on conversion
• Experience launching hypotheses and scaling successful solutions
• Skill in managing teams and contractors through goals and metrics
• Systemic thinking and high degree of autonomy

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription products or creator economy
• Experience scaling marketing functions
• Use of AI tools to accelerate processes
• Experience building teams and functions from scratch
