Affiliate Manager (Sweepstakes, USA)

The employer is looking for an Affiliate Manager with current Sweepstakes / iGaming experience and an active partner base on the US market. The role covers the full affiliate cycle: sourcing, negotiation, launch, control and scaling across CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models. Remote, B2B contract, 5/2 schedule from 15:00 to 00:00 Prague time.
What you'll do
- Source and onboard affiliate partners for the US market
- Work with own partner base and develop existing partners
- Own the full cycle: sourcing → negotiation → launch → control → scaling
- Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Analyze US traffic quality and key performance metrics
- Monitor FTD, deposits, ROI and traffic volumes
- Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links and postbacks
- Meet KPIs and maintain reporting
What we need
- Recent experience in Sweepstakes / Casino / iGaming
- Hands-on experience specifically with US traffic
- Active affiliate partner base
- English B2+/C1
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
- Experience with affiliate tracking
- Ability to independently source, onboard and scale partners
