An international fintech provider of B2B solutions and payment infrastructure is looking for a Technical Support Manager with Key Account Management functions to coordinate and support corporate client support. Tasks: SLA monitoring, incident handling and escalation, API and integration diagnostics, interaction with DevOps and development, knowledge base and support team development. Remote work, flexible schedule, international team.
