Tasks: SLA monitoring, incident handling and escalation, API and integration diagnostics, interaction with DevOps and development, knowledge base and support team development. Remote work, flexible schedule, international team.

What we need

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech/payments
  • Understanding of API and server infrastructure
  • Experience with Jira/Zendesk
  • English Upper-Intermediate+
