We are an international startup in Adult AI, creating virtual worlds with AI characters. We are looking for a content writer/scriptwriter to create lively characters, write adult scripts, and monetize user attention. Full remote, salary 80-120k RUB + bonuses.

What you'll do

• Create 'living' characters: develop biographies, psychotypes, and sexual preferences of AI girls.
• Write adult scripts: from subtle flirting and foreplay to explicit dialogues, reactions to gifts, and erotic storytelling.
• Monetize attention: create push notifications that walk the line between intrigue and desire, prompting users to return to the chat and pay for subscriptions/content.

What we need

• Immersing in the niche: ability to write deliciously, daringly, and on the edge of what is allowed.
• Understanding of the psychology of seduction: knowledge of male desire and psychological triggers.
• Flexibility of styles: masterful switching between tenderness, audacity, explicit content, and playful understatement.
• Brevity: ability to pack passion into 2-3 sentences for pushes.
• Literacy: perfect Russian language.
• Meeting the norm: 10 notifications + 5 dialogues per day.

Nice to have

• English language (huge plus for entering global markets).
