Growth Marketing Manager (Organic Growth)

The company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can launch viral campaigns, find unconventional growth points, and scale organic traffic in international markets.

What you'll do

• Launch viral marketing campaigns
• Develop organic growth through UGC, creator, and community marketing
• Scale Telegram, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
• Use AI tools for content creation and scaling
• Generate growth hypotheses, quickly test and scale successful mechanics

What we need

• Proven cases of organic growth and viral launches
• Ability to independently launch marketing campaigns, not just manage contractors
• Work hands-on and quickly test hypotheses

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Crypto, Web3, Gaming or other highly competitive niches
