CRM / Retention Manager

The company is looking for a Retention Manager with experience in the Egypt market for an iGaming project. Main responsibilities include developing CRM activities, setting up communications, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement CRM activities: promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs
• Create content plans for email, SMS, and push notifications
• Set up trigger and mass communications
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and improve key metrics
• Create email templates and test hypotheses
• Work with segmentation and personalization of the user base

What we need

• Experience working with GEO Egypt
• Understanding of CRM marketing, segmentation, and working with customer base
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with ESP/CDP platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML (editing ready-made templates)

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling / Betting
• Experience with Customer.io and ChatGPT
• English at B2 level and above
