Project Manager / Operations Lead (Forex Affiliate Project)

We are looking for a Project Manager to run operations for a Forex/Affiliate project. Responsibilities: team management (content, sales, traffic), KPI control, reporting, funnel management (traffic → Telegram → MOP → deposit → retention), Google Sheets and dashboards, onboarding, hiring, cash flow and payroll control. Requirements: 2+ years in Affiliate/CPA/Performance Marketing, remote team management, understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hold, ROMI, ROI, experience with Telegram funnels. Conditions: fully remote, fixed salary $800-1500 + bonuses.
