We are a team looking for an active recruiter to find target candidates. Tasks include posting vacancies, processing incoming applications, and conducting interviews. Requires at least 1 year of experience.

What you'll do

• Creating job postings, posting on various channels
• Processing incoming applications, providing feedback
• Evaluation and selection of candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Building a resume database and vacancy statistics
• Participation in operational tasks in the future

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter
• Skills in using various candidate sourcing channels
• Experience hiring line and C-level employees
• Sourcing and hunting skills
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM
• Ability to multitask and focus on quality
• Literacy, attention to detail, diligence, adaptability
• Mandatory signing of NDA
