Affiliate Manager (Tier 3 | Africa)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with proven iGaming experience to expand the partner network and drive sustainable growth of new partners. The main focus is on finding and developing new partnerships, especially SEO publishers. Fully remote work, target GEOs: Nigeria, Kenya.

What you'll do

• Find, onboard and develop new partners: SEO publishers, affiliates, webmasters and agencies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Find and attract new SEO traffic sources and partnership opportunities
• Negotiate commercial terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Spend models
• Launch, monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns
• Analyze partner results and traffic quality: Registrations → FTD → LTV → ROI
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV and retention
• Identify and disable low-quality traffic sources
• Work with tracking platforms: AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Alanbase, UTM, postbacks and others
• Prepare performance reports and find new growth opportunities
• Analyze competitors and continuously expand the partner network
• Closely collaborate with CRM, Product, Media Buying and Analytics teams

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming: Betting / Casino
• Experience in finding and developing new partnerships
• Experience working with SEO affiliates and publishers
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Spend models
• Understanding of key affiliate metrics: FTD, LTV, ROI, CPA, CR and Retention
• Practical experience with tracking platforms: AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Alanbase, Voluum and others
• English — Intermediate+ (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
• Proactivity and result orientation

• Having your own network of affiliate partners and SEO publishers
• Experience working with African markets, especially Nigeria and Kenya
