CRM Communication Marketing manager

A gambling company is looking for a CRM Communication Marketing manager. Tasks include client base segmentation, launching communications via various channels, CRM system setup.

What you'll do

• Formation and segmentation of the client base
• Launching communication with clients via Telegram, Email, SMS, messengers, chat, Push and evaluating their effectiveness
• Creating and configuring chain segments in CRM systems (Customer IO)
• Creating and maintaining a communication calendar and setting up triggers
• Layout of templates in the mailing service
• Interaction with designers and copywriters for content preparation
• A/B testing of email subjects, email size, visual content, etc.

What we need

• Junior-middle level, experience in iGaming is required
• Experience with CRM (Customer IO)
• Analytical skills
• Experience with email, sms, and push sending services
• Experience in setting up analytics and data processing systems
• Excellent knowledge of Google suite
• Experience with task trackers (Asana, Jira, etc.) and document storage (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
