CRM Communication Marketing manager

The company behind a unique licensed gaming online platform with over 3000 games is looking for a CRM Communication Marketing manager. Tasks include customer base segmentation, launching communications via Telegram, Email, SMS, messengers, chat, Push, creating segments in CRM systems (Customer IO), A/B testing. Requires experience in iGaming, CRM (Customer IO), analytical skills. Fully remote work, flexible schedule, contract (GPC).

What we need

• Junior-middle level, experience in iGaming is mathe companytory
• Experience with CRM (Customer IO)
• Analytical skills (understanding how to analyze the success of a communication campaign)
• Experience with email, SMS, push sending services
• Experience in setting up analytics and data processing systems
• Excellent knowledge of Google suite
• Experience with task trackers (Asana, Jira, etc.) and document storage (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
