Media Buyer / Telegram Ads

The employer is looking for a strong media buyer for a new iGaming product under NDA to drive Telegram traffic. They need a self-sufficient specialist who independently identifies quality traffic sources, tests channels, negotiates with admins, and scales working funnels. A hybrid work format in Belgrade is offered, with growth potential to Head of the direction.

What you'll do

• Buying and attracting traffic via Telegram
• Searching, analyzing, and selecting Telegram channels and placements
• Negotiating with channel owners and buying placements
• Testing ad formats and creatives
• Analyzing traffic performance and optimizing purchases
• Scaling working funnels and channels

What we need

• At least six months of experience in Telegram media buying
• Hands-on experience with Telegram traffic in iGaming
• Ability to independently find placements and negotiate with admins
• Understanding of traffic economics and key metrics
• Initiative and self-sufficiency

Nice to have

• Experience managing budgets from ~$20K per month
