Head of Operations

We are looking for a hands-on leader to operationally launch a B2C project in the LATAM market from scratch.

What you'll do

• Build and launch the entire operational structure of the startup
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics)
• Manage local customer service teams

What we need

• Relevant iGaming experience of at least 3 years (building processes from scratch)
• Fluency in Russian and English (at least B2+)
