Head of Operations

We are looking for a hands-on leader to operationally launch a B2C project in the LATAM market from scratch. Build and launch the entire operational structure of the startup, coordinate related departments, manage local customer service teams.

What we need

• Relevant background in iGaming for at least 3 years (building processes from scratch)
• Fluent Russian and English (from B2+ level)
