An international iGaming project is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to develop player retention and CRM communications. Fully remote, payment in USDT.
What we need
- 2+ years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming
- Experience with bonus mechanics
- Understanding of LTV, Retention, Churn, NGR metrics
- Experience setting up automated scenarios
- English for working in an international team
Nice to have
- Experience with LATAM
- Experience with Smartico, Customer.io or similar
- Experience launching retention processes from scratch
