Team Lead of Traffic Processing
Employer Location —Comp Base + % of result, discussed individually
We are looking for a Team Lead of traffic processing for the English-speaking EU market. Work with binary funnels, control of managers, training, help in developing offers. Remote, income discussed individually (base + % of result).
What you'll do
- Control of managers: dialogues, adherence to scripts, KPIs
- Training new and current employees
- Help in coming up with tricks and offers for FD, RD department
- Understanding the logic of working with leads, funnels, steps
What we need
- Experience in sales/bots/chats
- Understanding of product sales stages and lead management
- Work capacity
- English language (conversational level)
