Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Marketing Manager (iGaming)

Remote iGaming role focused on retention and CRM marketing: base segmentation, automated funnels, triggered communications and bonus mechanics. Mandatory iGaming experience and confident use of AI tools for analytics and automation are required.

What you'll do

• Segmenting the customer base and building automated funnels
• Setting up triggered communications: Email, Push, SMS, Telegram, In-App
• Developing bonus mechanics and personalized offers
• Analyzing conversions, cohorts, LTV and customer churn
• Running A/B tests and evolving the retention strategy
• Using AI tools for analytics and automation

What we need

• Experience in Retention / CRM Marketing
• Mandatory iGaming experience
• Experience with large customer bases, automated funnels and triggered communications
• Understanding of Retention, Reactivation, LTV and Churn
• Confident command of AI tools
