Head of VIP

The employer, an iGaming company, is looking for a Head of VIP to lead its VIP department. Responsibilities include managing a team of 10–15 VIP specialists, developing the department's strategy, owning the budget, tracking key metrics and preparing reporting. The role is remote with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of VIP specialists (10–15 people)
• Set goals and tasks for the team and monitor their execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive VIP department strategy
• Manage the department budget, track key metrics and prepare reporting

What we need

• Experience managing a team of 10+ people
• 1+ year of experience as a head of a VIP department in iGaming
• Understanding of key VIP metrics
