Team Lead Media Buyer (Finance)

The company is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to build and manage buying in the finance vertical. Requires experience with daily budgets of $1000+, recent cases in LATAM/AFRICA within the last 3 months. Offers remote work, compensation as a percentage of spend plus a fixed part.

What you'll do

• Building and managing the buying team
• Working with daily budgets from $1000+ of personal spend (ability to maintain ROI)
• Finding and scaling profitable combinations
• Generating and testing new strategies
• Clear task setting and control of the buying team
• Ability to create creatives, come up with and test approaches, find profitable combinations for scaling
• Writing instructions, regulations, trainings, building and describing processes

What we need

• Experience in building and managing a buying team
• Working with daily budgets from $1000+ of personal spend
• Recent experience in LATAM / AFRICA within the last 3 months
• Ability to create creatives and test approaches
• Writing instructions, regulations, trainings

• Recent cases/screenshots from spreadsheets/CRM for the last 3-6 months (personal and team)
