Inbound Traffic Handler (RD | Finance | Africa)

The employer is looking for an inbound traffic handler to work exclusively with RD on the finance vertical, focused on Africa and Arabic-speaking GEOs. Traffic comes from an in-house buying team, work is done via Chatterfy CRM, and full-screen sharing is mandatory throughout the entire shift.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound traffic exclusively for RD
• Conduct dialogue with clients and handle objections
• Work in Chatterfy CRM
• Provide prompt feedback on work results
• Share full screen throughout the entire shift

What we need

• Experience with Africa / Arabic-speaking GEOs
• Experience with financial traffic
• At least 0.5 years of experience
• Ability to communicate competently with clients and handle objections
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work
• Own PC or laptop for work
• Responsibility, attentiveness and prompt feedback
