Financial Controller

Hands-on Financial Controller role overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls for an iGaming company with US and Cyprus operations, reporting directly to the CFO.

What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports under US GAAP and IFRS
• Manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, Cyprus)
• Oversee treasury operations and cash management
• Prepare investor and shareholder reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls
• Improve financial processes to support business scaling

What we need

• Experience as Financial Controller in iGaming or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
• Hands-on experience with tax and treasury
• Willingness to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
• Fluent English
