Head / Team Lead (Facebook Ads)

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling volumes and increasing team profit
• Helping buyers improve results and find new growth points
• Working with creatives, offers, and buying strategy
• Building processes within the team and participating in the development of the direction

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead / Head in iGaming
• Expertise in Facebook Ads
• Practical experience with LATAM / Tier-3 GEO
• Understanding of traffic scaling economics
• Ability to build and develop teams
• Willingness to provide traffic statistics

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-1/2
