Affiliate Manager (SEO Focus)

A product iGaming company with its own online casino, betting, and poker products is looking for an Affiliate Manager for the SEO direction. The company has been successfully operating for over 12 years and holds strong positions in the CIS market. The role allows remote work from Europe, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, or Serbia.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with SEO affiliates and webmasters
• Negotiate partnership terms and placements
• Monitor channel efficiency: ROI, LTV, FTD quality
• Analyze partner results and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with SEO, analytics, and product teams
• Participate in industry conferences and networking activities

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming, preferably product
• Experience working with SEO affiliates and webmasters in CIS GEO is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs and Semrush
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, Listing Fee / Flat Fee / FIX models
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
